We would need all cancellations of orders sent to us in writing using our customer portal when notifying us that you would like to return an item we need you to confirm the following:

The item is 100% resale-able condition

The item has not been installed 

Your order number

When you received the item

Tip - You also have the faculity to upload images in the customer portal, this helps us authorise your return faster 

We will then send you a returns note for the goods, which needs to be included with the goods to help us identify them and process your refund once they have been returned to us. 

Tip - Printing out and including a returns note with your goods speeds up how quickly we can process your refund

Once the goods are received back we will process a refund back onto your original payment method within 14 days.
