Quick Tips
We recommend using an insured courier
Items may need additional packaging to get back safely
You are free to send the items back by any method
We do not offer a collection service
Items must be sent back in a resaleable condition, as damage is subjected to a deduction based on the loss of value based on the condition of the item/packaging
Whilst the goods are with you they are in your care. Once you have received a returns note from our aftersales team you are free to return the goods back to us. You can use any courier you like to do this or deliver the goods back to us yourself. The return address will be included on your returns note.
With all items we send out we expect them to be be inspected (opened), however, all goods returned to us need to be in a 100% condition as these goods should be able to be resold to another consumer. If the box or the goods are damaged this is not possible; as you can appreciate you would not like to receive goods that look second hand or damaged. On average it costs us 30 to 40% of the items value to send it back to a manufacturer to get the item rebooted.
As when we send goods to you, not writing or labels are applied directly on to the box directly. We advise using additional packaging, even if this is a bin-liner so you can ensure the goods come back to us in the best possible condition.
Any goods returned back to is that are visibly damaged from transit will be immediately rejected and signed as damaged, which will leave you open to make a full insurance claim for the value of the shipment with the courier. If goods have been received and there is no obvious damage but this has been discovered upon opening it then our after sales team will take image and notify you by email so you can progress with a claim. As you are using your own courier UK Bathrooms cannot be responsible for the goods whilst in transit.
