When returned items are received by our warehouse they are accepted regardless of the condition because until we open the goods we do not know who they are from and we do expect some faulty items to come back in a non-perfect condition.
Once goods are opened and we establish who they are from if transit damage is found we will photograph and video the damage as much as possible. Depending on the extent of the damage a deduction up to 100% of the value of the item can be made.
On the very rare occasion goods are found to be damaged we will provide you with all the evidence we can to help you claim on your courier's insurance if you opted to send the item back with an insured courier.
