If you are finding the item you purchased is not performing as expected our Aftersales team are here to help rectify the problem. Generally, items do not perform as expected for two main reasons, there is either a fault that has developed during manufacturing or there is an installation issue. With installation issues, they can appear as faults and it is not always immediately obvious that the issue has been caused by the installation.
If your item is not performing we would always recommend plumber/fitter comes and assess the problem first as they will be able to identify the issue. When your plumber attends your property each manufacturer has a technical team that can troubleshoot the issue with them so that we can identify the problem and get it rectified efficiently.
