This depends on the fault and what the item is. With any faulty item we would advise you to follow these steps:
1. Get your fitter/plumber to inspect the item and confirm the issue is not down to installation or maintenance
2. Speak to the manufacturer's technical team with your fitter to troubleshoot the problem (contact details here)
3. Take pictures and a video of the fault to help our teams resolve the issue
4. Report the issue to our aftersales team (here) and include images and the video
We will then advise you if we require the item back for testing or if it can be disposed of. If we require the item to come back to us we will arrange collection at our cost. Depending on if the replacement needs to be installed before the original can be returned we can arrange a seperate delivery and collection but this again would be dependant on the fault and the type of item.
