We would recommend checking your order as soon as you receive it, or if that is not possible as quickly as you reasonably can. 


If the item has been installed it has been accepted and is now used and we may not be able to accept the item back. In this instance we would recommend speaking our aftercare team using our portal here and we can look at what can be arranged.
