If the item has been sent by UK Bathrooms and is incorrect as in it does not match your order confirmation and delivery note if this has been reported within a reasonable time and the item has not been installed we would issue a replacement for the item which we will get to you as quickly as possible. We would then arrange a collection of the incorrect item at our cost to occur at the same time as your replacement is delivered.
Tip - If you could package the item as best you can to ensure it arrives with us in the best possible condition this would be greatly appreciated.
