If you have decided that an item/order that has been delivered is not suitable for you installation as long as this has been reported to us within 14 days of delivery using our ticketing system on our customer portal we will send you a returns note so you can send your item back. 

If you order is over 14 days we would not be able to accept this item back for a refund. If the situation is exceptional please feel free to create a support ticket and our aftersales team will review this on a case by case basis.
