If you have received your order and you were expecting an item in the delivery that hasn't arrived we would suggest the following action:


1. Double-check your delivery hasn't been separated after it was received. We do fin often that due to nature of the goods we sell it is easy to separate delivery and misplace the goods. 


2. Check your delivery note, the goods you have recieved should match the delivery note. If the item you were expecting has not arrived and it not on the delivery note this will be coming in a separate shipment. 


3. Report the issue to our customer care team using our customer support portal here and our team will investigate and get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
